Cyprus - International service provider

Conditions

 

To work in Cyprus as Business visitors for establishment purposes (BVEPs), you must have: 

  • If staying no more than 90 days, a visa is required. You should submit a visa application to the Consular Authorities of the Republic, in your country of living.
  • More on visas. 
  • If staying more than 90 days, you need to apply for a residence permit - to the Director of the Migration Department, either to work in any company of foreign interests, or visitors’ permit (more on residence permits and visitors’ permit).

  • The residence right of such permits is of unlimited validity, for the holder and his/her adult dependents. The residence permit (card), however, has an expiry date of ten years from the date of its issuance and must be replaced with its expiration.
